Our factory is over 5000 square meters and equipped with different production lines,storage areas,office areas,and other auxiliary facilities.The spacious layout of the factory greatly optimizes the production process and increases the space utilization rate.
With over 100 employees,our factory operates multiple production lines to fulfill the brand's daily scale production requirements.
Our factory has a dedicated sampling room equipped with a professional team of 10 individuals,primarily responsible for sample production and process design for new products.This constitutes a critical step in new product development,directly impacting the quality and efficiency of subsequent large-scale production.
Our production lines are equipped with highly automated and modernized hardware facilities. factory possesses various advanced sewing and cutting equipment,such as flat sewing machines,different models of overlock machines,eyelet machines,automatic assembly equipment (such as automatic button attaching machines),binding machines,multi-needle sewing machines,bar tack machines,automatic template machines,pattern machines,automatic cutting machines,automatic hemming machines, and integrated cutting machines.Facilities cover the entire process from fabric pre-treatment (automatic cutting and sewing)to finishing of finished products,effectively enhancing production efficiency and accuracy.
Our factory boasts a robust production capacity,with production lines characterized by high stability and efficiency.It is fully equipped to handle large volumes of order demands,with an annual total capacity exceeding 1 million units.
